LCC Asia Pacific Advised Deal Wins Global Award
The Global M & A Network’s Atlas Awards have announced the WearX divestment to Metso Corporation as the global deal of the year in the sub USD$100m category. The WearX transaction is one of 56 to be awarded from approximately 600 eligible deals evaluated. LCC Asia Pacific acted as exclusive strategic & financial advisor to WearX in this transaction, facilitating 4 final round bids all from international parties.
